Why would you like to become mod on RebelMC: Because I have been playing on this amazing server for some time now and i have decided that i want to apply on the server as staff because i really like the community and the players so i would like to help the server grow to have that same aspect throughout.

Do you have any experience moderating: Yes On Quite A few servers now 

If presented with the opportunity as a Helper how would you assist the server in hacker and clean chat management: If there was a hacker reported i would instantly tp to them and find out if they were hacking or not. If they were i would ban them but if they werent then i would warn the player that reported him that it could have been something else or just lag. In a clean chat i would need no swearing innapropriate sayings as i think that this server should be for all ages. I would mute the people who would swear and tempban the person who innapropitaley talks

It was a good application but keep in mind that a helper is not a moderator. A helper's job is to make sure everyone follows the rules and the chat is free from spammer. If u then see a hacker you can get proof and send it to a higher staff. You don't have the commands like ban, tempban or kick. If u want a better chances to be accepted I recommend that u learn a little what a helper does.
