Why would you like to become mod on RebelMC:

I would love to be staff here because of, as shown below will list what I can bring; 

Sense of Humour: A sense of humour is a key aspect in being in a job role, whilst still maintaining professionalism, I love to joke around and make other laugh as it shows yourself as not being a tight person to the community but not only that it displays a little fun in you which I think is key when it comes to being a staff member. Fairness: Fairness is key when applying for any job, online or in real life and in my past experiences I have been fair for both sides when it comes to let's say a punishment towards a player; I listen to both parties and I'm not biased when it comes to friends or let's say family, I them as a person who's in a bad situation and I have to deal with it, so you can rest assure I will keep it fair between situations at all times. Confidence: It's key when being a staff member on a Minecraft server that having confidence helps alot, this relates more specifically to discord as you are more confident to talk to new members and possibly even do interviews to get into the staff team. I have previous experience interviewing people for a community with 10,000 members so not only do I have the confidence, but I also have the experience interviewing and asking the questions that should be asked not the questions that don't matter.

Do you have any experience moderating:

I have experience of staffing on Minecraft servers for over 2 years. My highest player count I staffed on peaked at 500 players and I had to moderate a rapidly fast going chat as well as people talking in private messaging in-game, that experience has taught me how to use my time wisely from playing the server to maintaining the chat, a key perk to have when one day the server reaches that length, I've already been prepared for that. Not only that server, I have been staff on other servers ranging from 100 players to 200 all were skyblock except one, this shows that I am capable of getting staff on other servers showing my qualities to them and keeping their faith in me through-out my time.

If presented with the opportunity as a Helper how would you assist the server in hacker and clean chat management:

Make sure that people are not spamming about hacking and to recommend using the /report option so people are not flooding chat with "THIS KIDS CHEATING, STAFF BAN HIM" or something along the lines of that. Also making sure people are not using any excessive toxic language, for example, people saying "you fucking cunt go jump off a bridge" and muting them for a suitable amount of time. Also muting for racism or racial slurs, for example "nigger" or someone saying something like "this blm movement is just a waste of time fucking useless riots" etc. (To be clear I have my own opinions about the situation.

How active would you be on the server:
I can put a suitable amount of time, so around 3-4 hours a day moderating the server.
