Do you have any experience moderating: Yes, on a ton of minehut servers

If presented with the opportunity as a Helper how would you assist the server in hacker and clean chat management: I would warn the people who are disobeying the chat rules and then mute them if they are still being disrespectful. For hackers i would ask them politely to turn off their hacks, if they disobey they get a tempban.

How active would you be on the server: About one hour a day.

Any additional comments or concerns: I'm in the advanced school program and my family will not allow me to play minecraft if I don't have straight A's and I get a ton of homework too, that is why I can only play 1 hour a day.
