That's mostly because you've lied in your first appeal (You said "I don't have any alts") and you have evaded a ban.

EDIT: You're unbanned for some reason, I don't know why but I guess have fun with your unban. (Some staff has maybe unbanned you, dont know and I don't think I'd have to ban you again now.)
