Why would you like to become mod on RebelDupe: I would like to become helper on RebelDupe because as you may know I resigned about 2-3 weeks ago as I moved on to projects I found more fun at the time but these projects are over and I now go increasingly attracted to RebelDupe. I personally enjoy the server from a player POV and wish to play it with the community while watching it and moderating it. I've played on the server for about a year now maybe more and I love watching the server develop in many ways if it be the new features, staff or player base. As well as all the listed points the server peaks at around 30 players and has an active player base and community that I would love to play and moderate. I have lots of experience in observing, catching and confronting hackers as I've been staff on many other servers before. As seen on the leadership experience question I can be active for most of the day for most days of the week meaning I can moderate the server for large periods of time. I would love to bring some new innovative ideas to the staff team to improve the server for players and staff!

What activities do you have outside of videogames I.E Hobbies: I go on bike rides about twice a week regularly, I also code/design websites and bots.

How Long Have You Been Playing RebelDupe?: For about a year with only a few tiny breaks (at max 2 weeks)

What do you believe you are known for on the server I.E PvP Skills, Toxic Attitude, Kindness ETC: I'm likely known for accepting or denying staff applications and promoting and demoting staff as I recently resigned as Staff Manager.

Do you have access to a working Microphone (Yes/No): I have access to one but prefer not to use it.

Do you have any past leadership experiences (DOES NOT HAVE TO BE IN MINECRAFT): Inside the Gaming Community I've lead multiple projects which all have different goals, ideas and statistics. My most recent role is as Admin in Papastalins EarthSMP while here I was the main dev and day-to-day admin as I played daily providing players with immediate support and moderation. I also recruited daily in the Minecraft discord and managed to partner with 2 other servers with 250-400 players in their discord servers by doing this the server grew from 12 players to 120 in 5 days and at peak time it had 9 players. While doing this I was also in charge of making the server, adding new features and handling the staff and applications. I will also list some other communities I've owned/managed:

SCENARIOS (Assume you are a helper)

Scenario 1- You log onto the server and are immediately bombarded with questions from users and a player is MSGing you stating that they just saw a default player flying, you are also being DMed on discord by Rebel about one of your recent bans, what do you do? I would first answer the MSG requesting they dm you on discord with proof if they are not in it I would send them an invite and my discord name. Then I would answer the questions in an orderly fashion one by one. Now I would move to discord and DMS with rebel about a recent ban and I would provide a valid reason and valid proof for the ban. Before checking back on MC for any more questions or issues.

Scenario 2- You and a staff member are having a disagreement and they threaten to lie to a higher staff saying that you abused, This is during a VC call and you have no recording software running, what do you do? First I would boot up my screenshot and recording software and have it primed for immediate use in case they say anything that can support me later. Next, I would inform the staff manager or an available higher staff of the situation so they are prepared. Now I would move to the other staff member and explain how he would require evidence I did anything he says he's going to do and how I recommend he/she stop and we both forgive each other and move on while saying this it's essentials I respond with confidence to throw the other staff member of and weaken their esteem. If they decide to continue I would send any proof I have to the higher staff then wait for the higher staff to take the necessary action. Audit logs and other logs can be looked at to provide further proof.

Scenario 3- You catch a developer abusing their powers and is killing users in creative mode, an admin sees it and is laughing and doing nothing about it, what would you do? I would immediately start recording and taking screenshots of both the admin and developer and talking to the users and questioning them so I have witnesses as well. Once I believe I have a sufficient amount of evidence I will go to the staff manager with the proof and explain what was happening and what was done before showing them the proof and names of witnesses.
